Our next stop I thought I was going to completely freeze some of my favorite equipment off, and that was Iceland. I was happy to ge to the ground in Wales. Things here have always intrigued me. I wanted to get down and old school if I could. I loved reading about so many of the old traditions. One I managed to wiggle in on was being invited to a small party holding a wassail bowl. A wassail bowl was a lucky New Year tradition in Wales at the turn of the century, and the ornate bowl would be filled with fruit, sugar, spices and topped up with warm beer. After the guys I fell in with and I were good and sauced, I got passed around too! I was so warm and filled with so much Welsh cum I would have been mistaken for a glazed doughnut.
